Saturday evening, waiting for news.. A lady selling her house with her agent, on their way to Stockholm. For the first time in their life they have experienced snow in Florence! In the seller's 60 year old life, it never happened before. Chaos. Timing? We were supposed to sign a contract today on a house in Stockholm with our Swedish client, but the flight was cancelled. Now waiting for next flight to take off during the afternoon. People are crying, cell batteries are dead. Our client changed schedule, promised pick up at airport tomorrow. Our nice Milan lawyers has been working for us on a Saturday. Thank you for helping us so much! Now I will hope that the weather will too.
