One country can offer a wide range of variety in terms of climate, culture, prices and people. Think of your own country, You probably wouldn't buy a place just anywhere, you prefer certain areas in front of others. Why?
What you appreciate in life is not obvious to someone else.You want to be able to explain to brokers and builders what you want. Study your own preferences and set up your own dream picture of your Italian home.
Think of what gives you energy, what do you like to do when you are there, how would you like to interact with people and what in nature, or a city, is important for you? What view would you like to wake up to, what temperature do you feel comfortable in, and what people do you you want to invite to your place? Create a vision!
